You may return items purchased from www.aurinknitwear.com under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Rejection: If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email and provide the reason for the rejection.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at aurinknitwear@gmail.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
